Andrew McAdam
Operations Director
Andrew set up his first Solar business in 2013 to pursue a number of solar sites in the UK. This has quickly developed into a significant opportunity and the business now has a pipeline of +500 Mw.
Andrew’s expertise lies in creating unique financial models, developing innovative commercialisation strategies and providing corporate finance advisory services. He has worked on energy, real estate and infrastructure projects for the last 10 years and has invaluable contacts within these sectors.
With a particularly strong track record in raising capital for client companies, he has built up significant experience in preparation for investment, leading investment rounds, gaining access to finance, deal structuring, negotiation and successful execution.
Andrew has previous held positions in eLearning, healthcare, energy and property sectors, managing the finance functions in these organisations. He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Aaron Tracey
Business Development Director
Aaron’s experience as a high-level property investor spans 20 years prior to joining Mespil in 2016. Having owned and directed multiple property companies, he has successfully constructed and sold over 3,000 residential, coupled with large scale commercial projects units across Europe.
Aaron has managed a real estate business with multiple European offices, turning over €300 million. In 2003, Aaron entered the Bulgarian marketplace and has been active there ever since. With numerous successful ventures throughout the country, delivering over 200,000 sq metres of property during this time.
At Mespil, he is instrumental in developing the sales strategies, agency networks for the organisation and new business strategies. His experience encompasses land acquisition, construction, sales, asset management and new business.
Aaron is a Chartered Surveyor accredited to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Society for Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (MSCSI).
David Horan
Financial Controller
David is responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the organisation as well as ad hoc work to support the management team. He has a broad knowledge from a number of sectors including a previous role in the energy sector. He has worked in OneView Healthcare, Mespil Private Equity & Crowley Carbon.
David is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA).
